We accept that our experience, through our Promoters, has enabled us to acquire a leading position in the Gold Loan business in Tamil Nadu state. We believe that due to our earlier entry into the finance business, we have made a recognizable brand in the rural and semi-urban markets of the state, particularly in the southern districts of Tamil Nadu. We are delivering Mortgage loans against vacant plots and loans against silver. These offerings are amazing and innovative in the market. We have a substantial presence in under-served rural and semi-urban markets. An enormous portion of the rural population has limited access to credit either due to their inability to meet the eligibility conditions of banks and financial institutions or due to non-availability of credit on time, or at all. We have set ourselves to provide loans targeting this market.

The business is primarily overseen and operated by Mr. Jeganath Alagarsamy, the Managing Director and Mr. Thirupathi Dhanaraja, the Director. Both individuals hail from a family with a rich legacy in traditional pawn broking and banking, accumulating a wealth of experience in the finance industry spanning over three decades.Commencing as a family concern on a modest scale, they transformed the business into a corporate model to attract additional funding from banks and facilitate its expansion throughout the country. The transition from a family-centric operation to a corporate structure marked a significant milestone in the company's evolution.Under the astute leadership of these two Directors, the business has flourished, establishing san extensive network and cultivating a substantial customer base. Their profound expertise in consumer-oriented financial products has been instrumental in steering the company toward a path of continuous progression. The conversion of the family business into a corporate entity reflects their strategic vision to access more funding, foster business development and position the company as a key player in the finance sector. In Co-op He serves as the Executive Director of the company, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of banking. Having previously served as the Secretary in a Land Development Bank, he retired from that esteemed position. His extensive background in banking has equipped him with valuable insights that contribute significantly to the company's financial operations. One of his key responsibilities is to monitor the fund availability at an optimum level. This strategic oversight ensures that the company utilizes its funds judiciously in the best interest of the stakeholders. He holds the position of Director within the company, bringing a valuable background from a family deeply rooted in the craftsmanship of gold. With an extensive history in gold ornaments making and the appraisal of gold jewellers, he contributes significantly to the company's expertise in the domain. He takes charge of leading the gold appraisal team. His role extends beyond mere supervision, as he actively involves himself in training corporate staff in the intricate art of appraising and valuing gold jewellery. Under his leadership, the team has been equipped to serve the public efficiently, ensuring that appraisals are conducted with precision and accuracy. Mr. Narendran Vasavan, B.Tech, MBA.,
He is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He holds an engineering degree (B.Tech) with distinction, earning a rank during his studies. Additionally, he completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Madurai Kamarajar University and is a CA Finalist. In his capacity as CEO, Mr. Narendran takes charge of overseeing the overall business operations of the company. His role involves continual monitoring of the company's performance to ensure its strategic objectives are met.
